 Embracing the Years

“Embracing the Years” is a training programme which comprises positive mental wellbeing, importance of healthy eating, safety in the home, physical activity reflexology, rights and entitlements and stress management.  This programme has been designed specifically to integrate older members of the community into projects and activities that will enhance their lives both in the mental and physical sense and promote awareness positive well being.
